Original contributions based on applications / deployments / research / surveys / practices related to the theme and sub themes mentioned, are invited for presentations. Based on technical committee’s recommendations, papers for the International Conference shall be selected and published in the Conference Volume (with ISBN Number). Registration for all authors is mandatory for paper presentation. All papers should be submitted through email only.

The paper should not be more than 3000 words. Please send your paper both in print and electronic form on a CD in Microsoft Word and also a soft copy through email to iatlis2012@gmail.com. The paper should include Title, Name and Address of author(s), Abstract and Key Words. References at the end of the paper and their in-text citing should be according to APA Style manual.

Sponsorship for delegates of developing countries to attend IFLA World Library and Information Congress 2013


The Singapore Government is pleased to offer *partial sponsorship for delegates of developing countries to attend the IFLA annual conference.

*The amount of the sponsorship covers:
  1. Accommodation at a designated hotel (check-in one day before the start of the conference, and check-out one day after the last day of the conference)
  2. A daily per diem of SGD40/day from the first day to the last day of the conference
  3. Local airport transfers
  4. Group Accident and Hospitalisation Insurance during the stay in Singapore

Programme Committee solicits high quality research and technical papers, case studies, technology updates, etc. related to the theme and sub-themes of the conference.  The paper submitted should have been neither published anywhere not kept under consideration for publication.  All papers will go through a process of review and accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.  Correspondence will be made with the principal author.  The Programme Committee will have the right to edit the papers.
