Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up of the following posts in Arid Forest Research Institute, Jodhpur as detailed below:-
| Research Assistant Grade-I (General) | Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade pay Rs.2800 | 01-OBC | Master degree in Forestry/Botany/Zoology/Agriculture from a recognized University. |

| Library Information Assistant | Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade pay Rs.4200 | 01-UR | Graduate from recognized University with Bachelor's degree in Library Science from recognized University. |
| Lower Divisional Clerk | Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade pay Rs.1900 | 02-UR, 01-OBC, 01-SC &01-ST | (i) 12th class certificate from a recognized Board. (ii) A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer. |
Age Limit:
(i) Between 18 to 30 years as on 01-05-2013 for unreserved post at S.N. 1.
(ii) Between 18 to 27 years as on 01-05-2013 for unreserved posts at S.N. 2 to 6 and relaxation in age of 5 years for SC/ ST and of 3 years for OBC post only.
(iii) Age relaxation upto 5 years will be allowed for the departmental candidates.

The application should be neatly typed/handwritten on plain paper consisting of followings:- (1) Name of the post, (2) Name of the applicant, (3) Father’s/Husband’s name, (4) Date of Birth, (5) Nationality, (6) Whether belongs to SC/ST/OBC (7) Permanent address, (8) Address for communication, (9) Educational qualification from matric onwards with percentage of marks & division (10) Technical/professional qualification, if any, (11) Experience, if any, (12) PO/Bank Draft No., Date and name of the issuing Post office/Branch, (13) Any other relevant information, (14) An undertaking towards correctness of information furnished in the application form and the signed application form with date should reach to The Director, Arid Forest Research Institute, P.O. Krishi Mandi, New Pali Road, Jodhpur-342 005 within 30 days from the date of the advertisement.
General Instructions:
1.A recent passport size photograph duly signed must be affixed at the top right corner of the application form.
2.IPO/Bank Draft of Rs. 100/- of a Nationalized Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Director, Arid Forest Research Institute, Jodhpur must accompany the form. Exemption for SC/ST candidates
Attested copies of certificates for age proof, educational qualification, experience, caste/community etc. must accompany the application form.
4. Director, AFRI reserves right to fix criteria for short-listing of candidates and only short listed candidates shall be called for written test. Thereafter, only selected candidates through written test shall be interviewed.
5. Director, AFRI reserves right to increase/decrease total number of vacancies at the time of recruitment.
6. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected without assigning any reason. The application received after due date shall not be entertained.
7.In case of the employed person, the application should be routed through proper channel.

No. 1571 – RG Dated, Calcutta, the 17th April, 2013.Applications are invited from the Indian Citizens possessing knowledge in vernacular of the State, for preparation of a panel for filling up the single post of Librarian in the West Bengal Judicial Academy, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The appointment will initially be made on purely temporary basis but is likely to be made permanent.

Pay Scale : Pay Band Scale Rs. 15,600/- - 42,000/-,
Grade Pay Rs, 5,400/-, plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.
Essential Qualification :
(i) Graduation or Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
(ii) Degree or diploma in Library Science from recognized University.
Desirable Qualification : LL.B. Degree and experience of working in a law Library.
Age : Not less than 18 years and not more than 32 years as on the date of application
(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates only).
